Corporate Privacy Policy

IP Protection | DPDP Act Compliant

Our Commitment to Confidentiality

At Annectotech LLP, we handle proprietary OEM designs, complex supply chain logistics, and sensitive corporate financials. We treat your digital data with the exact same micrometric precision and strict security protocols that we apply to our manufacturing floor.

Effective Date: June 18, 2026

Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how Annectotech LLP ("we," "our," or "us") collects, utilizes, secures, and legally shares personal and corporate information when you interact with our website, request manufacturing quotes, or engage in B2B procurement with our Faridabad facility. This policy is strictly aligned with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and global data privacy frameworks.

Strictly Confidential

Zero unauthorized sharing of technical drawings, CAD files, or NDAs.

Encrypted Storage

All procurement data is secured behind enterprise-grade firewalls.

No Data Brokerage

We are a manufacturer, not a data broker. We never sell your information.

1. Information We Collect

We minimize data collection to only what is strictly necessary to execute high-volume manufacturing contracts and optimize our digital portal.

Information You Provide

Data actively submitted by procurement officers and engineers during the vendor onboarding or quoting process.

  • Corporate Identity: Names, job titles, business emails, and direct phone numbers.
  • Technical Assets: Uploaded CAD models, 2D technical drawings, and material specifications.
  • Financial Data: GSTIN, company PAN, billing addresses, and banking details for dispatch.

Automated Technical Data

Data passively collected by our servers to ensure portal security and monitor website performance.

  • Network Metrics: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and time-zone settings.
  • Engagement Logs: Pages visited, time spent on capability pages, and document download history.
  • Cookies & Beacons: Detailed entirely in our dedicated Cookie Policy.

2. How We Utilize & Protect Your Data

Purpose of Processing

Your data is primarily used to fulfill manufacturing contracts. This includes calculating precise RFQs (Requests for Quotation), conducting feasibility studies on your CAD files, processing B2B payments, executing logistics via E-Way bills, and keeping you updated on your production batch status.

Third-Party Sharing & Logistics

We do not sell data. However, to execute global supply chains, we securely share necessary information with trusted third parties. This is strictly limited to Government Authorities (for GST and E-Way bill generation), Logistics Partners (freight forwarders for physical delivery), and Banking Institutions (for secure payment gateways and SWIFT transfers).

Enterprise Security Protocols

We employ robust technical and organizational measures to protect your Intellectual Property (IP). All digital interactions occur over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Technical drawings and NDAs are stored on restricted-access servers, ensuring only authorized production engineers and floor managers can access your proprietary designs.

Data Retention Policies

We retain your corporate data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as mandated by Indian Corporate and Tax Law (e.g., preserving GST invoices and financial records for a minimum of 8 years). Once the retention period expires, physical documents are securely shredded, and digital assets are permanently purged.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Under the DPDP Act and applicable international frameworks, you possess absolute authority over your personal data.

Access & Correction

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and demand immediate correction of any inaccurate or incomplete records.

Right to Erasure

You may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, subject to legal retention rules.

Data Portability

You possess the right to request your submitted corporate data (such as CAD files or vendor forms) in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for non-essential data processing (like B2B marketing emails or analytical cookies) at any time without affecting your active orders.

4. Global Compliance & Dispute Resolution

Additional regulatory disclosures regarding cross-border processing, security breaches, and legal recourse.

International Data Transfers

As a globally operating manufacturer, your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside of your jurisdiction (including servers located in India). We ensure that any international data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, utilizing standard contractual clauses or securing explicit consent where necessary to protect your corporate data globally.

Third-Party Links & External Platforms

Our website may contain links to government verification portals (e.g., GST Portal, MCA) or partner platforms. Please note that Annectotech LLP does not control these external sites. Once you leave our domain, your data is governed by the privacy policies of those respective third parties. We are not liable for their data handling practices.

Children's Privacy

Our platform and services are strictly designed for B2B procurement and corporate entities. We do not intentionally collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that such data has been collected inadvertently, it will be immediately purged from our servers.

Automated Decision-Making

While we utilize modern software to estimate material costs or streamline RFQs based on uploaded CAD data, Annectotech LLP does not engage in fully automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or significant effects. All final pricing, contract approvals, and vendor assessments are manually overseen by our engineering and executive teams.

Data Breach Protocols

In the unlikely event of a cyber security incident that compromises your sensitive corporate data or Intellectual Property, Annectotech LLP guarantees to notify your registered Point of Contact (POC) and the relevant government cybersecurity authorities (such as CERT-In) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, alongside an immediate remediation plan.
