The Three Pillars of Verification

Our quality assurance is broken down into three distinct operational phases to ensure complete traceability and metallurgical integrity from raw steel to finished part.

Incoming Quality (IQA)

Before raw bar stock is unloaded, we verify Material Test Certificates (MTC). We conduct strict spectro-analysis and hardness testing to ensure the steel grade matches your exact automotive tensile requirements.

In-Process Control (IPQC)

First-article setup must be signed off by a senior engineer. Operators then conduct routine gauge checks every 30 minutes, feeding data directly into our digital SPC tracking system to maintain Cpk targets.

Final Assurance (FQA)

Prior to packaging, batches undergo randomized AQL sampling. Parts are checked for surface roughness ($R_a$), visual burrs, rust prevention oil coating, and final Go/No-Go thread fitment.

Precision cannot exist without accurate measurement. At our Faridabad headquarters, Annectotech LLP maintains a dedicated, temperature-controlled metrology laboratory.

We rely exclusively on high-end digital measuring instruments—including Mitutoyo micrometers, optical profile projectors, and surface roughness testers. To ensure absolute compliance, every instrument and thread gauge on our factory floor is cataloged and subjected to a strict NABL-traceable calibration schedule. If a gauge is past its calibration date, it is instantly locked out of the production system.

New Product Development (PPAP)

When introducing a new high-volume component, we follow strict Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) frameworks to eliminate risks before mass production begins.

Feasibility & PFMEA

We conduct a Process Failure Mode Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential machining risks and implement Poka-Yoke fixtures to prevent them.

Control Plans

A highly detailed Control Plan is drafted, specifying the exact micrometers, gauges, and inspection frequencies required for every dimension.

Initial Sample (ISIR)

An initial batch is machined. The First Article Inspection Report (ISIR) is generated and submitted alongside raw Material Test Certificates.

Level 3 PPAP

Once the client signs off on the Part Submission Warrant (PSW) and the Cpk targets are met, the component is cleared for bulk dispatch.

100% Forward & Backward Batch Traceability

In the automotive industry, component recalls are devastating. Every corrugated box that leaves our Faridabad facility features a unique barcode and Batch Lot Number. If an issue arises in the field years down the line, we can trace that specific part number backward through our ERP system to identify the exact machine operator, the date of manufacture, the calibration status of the micrometers used, and the original steel mill's heat number from the raw Material Test Certificate (MTC).
