Shri Komal Bali began his journey as a helper in a micro manufacturing company. Through sheer grit and an unwavering desire to learn, he shifted across multiple roles, mastering the intricacies of the machining industry.
His dedication culminated in the purchase of his very first drill machine, leading to the establishment of his sole proprietorship, JKM Industries, by 1999. The early 2000s required immense personal sacrifice. To support his family's finances, he worked tirelessly in a call center from 2003 to 2007. But his passion for manufacturing never faded. The birth of his son, Bhavya, in 2006 marked a turning point—he purchased his first-ever Traub machine, eventually leaving the call center to build his manufacturing empire full-time.

The First Drill Machine & JKM Industries
After shifting across multiple jobs to absorb every nuance of the machining industry, Shri Komal Bali's relentless hard work finally culminated in the purchase of his very first drill machine. With this single piece of equipment, he officially established his sole proprietorship, JKM Industries.
Call Center Nights & Family Sacrifice
Building a business from the ground up requires immense personal sacrifice. To financially support his growing family and keep his entrepreneurial dream alive, Shri Komal took on grueling shifts at a call center. He balanced corporate communication by night with his passion for manufacturing by day.
A Son is Born, A Traub is Bought
A profound emotional and professional turning point arrived. Coinciding exactly with the birth of his son, Bhavya Bali, Shri Komal proudly purchased his first-ever Traub automatic lathe machine, signaling a massive leap in his production capabilities.
A Full-Fledged Manufacturing Enterprise
His relentless dedication finally paid off. Shri Komal left the call center entirely, acquired 2 to 3 additional Traub setups, and poured his heart into running a full-fledged, dedicated manufacturing business.
New Additions, New Ambitions
Family remained the true engine of his ambition. The birth of his daughter brought a renewed surge of momentum and joy, inspiring him to aggressively expand the business and scale output to meet rising market demands.
Facility Expansion
As production requirements grew, the old workspace could no longer contain the operation. Demonstrating immense foresight, the business moved into a sprawling rented facility, accommodating a growing fleet of precision machinery under one roof.

Growing up watching his father's calloused hands and unwavering spirit, Bhavya Bali stepped up to carry the torch forward. To honor and scale this 30-year legacy, Bhavya officially incorporated Annectotech LLP.
Regulatory Foundation & Market Pursuit
Moving with modern corporate agility, the new entity successfully secured all critical regulatory and compliance registrations. With the legal groundwork laid, Annectotech actively set out to find new work and secure robust OEM contracts.
